I am running my first ever 10k race, in memory of my wonderful Dad who died 2 years ago on 24th February...1 day before the race. There's a Sia song that I listen to which always makes me think of my Dad and keeps me running...Footprints. I'm sure my Dad will help me finish the run on the day and I will be thinking of him every step of the way ❤ Every penny will be gratefully received to help stamp out this dreadful illness that robs people of their memory and families of their loved ones xx
