As some of you may be aware, it's my special birthday on 15th May and to celebrate I thought that instead of going out and boogying the night away, I'd take part in the Run for All.  I can then say (hopefully!) that I've reached 50 and achieved something special.  When people ask me what I'd like for my birthday I am now saying, "please sponsor me to run 10k".   Thank you for your support. x
