Story

I'm taking on the Cardiff Half Marathon 2021 (postponed to 27th March 2022) to support families facing dementia across the UK.

I will be running in memory of my grandmother Mair Evans who unfortunately suffered with dementia before she passed. Having seen first hand the effect it can have on individuals and their families it is a cause that is close to my heart and any donation great or small would be massively appreciated!

Diolch yn fawr!

Josh
