On May 15th I'm running the Great Manchester 10k Run in aid of Clic Sargent- a charity who specialise in children's cancer. As some of you may know, a close family friend's four-year-old son has recently been diagnosed with cancer so this is a cause truly dear to my heart.You can find out more about them here: http://www.clicsargent.org.uk

I've been training but am currently stuck at about 5k, so I'm really going to need your support and encouragement through the next few months.
