This year I was given the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to go to Outward Bound. Before going I was in a pretty vulnerable place. I felt lost, not understanding why I was here and why I felt so bad. 

Outward Bound totally changed my life. It took me to the highest peaks, the coldest water, and made me experience some of the hardest moments in my life. It allowed me to create lifelong relationships, push myself to places I have never been before and do things I never thought I would get to do. Through this, I learnt so many important lessons such as living in the moment, "pointing positive", understanding that my mind is so much stronger than I think it is and so many more!
