Story

It's that time of year again to 'Ride for the Puppies' at The Seeing Eye, Inc.! This year again I'm honored to join Jim Freiss & a Bunch of Amazing people as we ride the OTET bike trail from Cincinnati to Cleveland, Ohio in Mid August, raising awareness and charity funds for a great foundation located in Northern New Jersey.

The Seeing Eye, Inc. is one of the oldest and largest provider of dogs to sight impaired folks across the country. Their work has changed and continues to change so many people's lives for the better! I ask each of you, to read about what we are doing, and if you can afford to make a donation, that you consider contributing. Guide dogs are expensive to bread and train and the ability to provide them to the sight impaired folks is highly contingent on support through charitable giving.

About the charity

The Seeing Eye's mission is to enhance the independence, dignity and self-confidence of people who are blind, through the use of specially trained Seeing Eye® dogs. In pursuit of this mission, The Seeing Eye breeds and raises puppies to become Seeing Eye dogs, trains Seeing Eye dogs to guide blind people, instructs blind people in the proper use, handling, and care of the dogs and conducts and supports research on canine health and development.
