Never mind Movember - how easy to just not pick up a razor! I think we all know that it's not so easy for me to resist picking up a wine glass!  So I am going to give it a go for lots of very good reasons. 

And I'm telling you all because:

a) you can (if you'd like to) sponsor me for a very good cause

b) I will need all the help I can get to stay on the wagon

c) unless I make new friends to socialise with (and you know how fussy I am) I won't be able to sneak the odd snifter!
