Healing for the Heart is an amazing charity close to my own heart. They offer counselling and mental health support to anyone who may need it for any reason. H4H have even given me support when I needed it most and I want to give back that kindness. I am participating in the Kiltwalk on the 30th of April for them and any donation big or small would mean the world.
