Our current reality is having a huge impact on the mental wellbeing of many. We all have different ways to deal with these feelings when we don't feel our normal selves.
For me, physical exercise helps. Teaching Body Combat gives me an additional rush of feel good hormones. It often gets me through difficult times, or even let me just forget about things and focus on something that makes me happy.
That is why I am donating all my takings as fitness instructor during Sept and Oct 2021 to MIND. Hopefully this may encourage others to try group fitness and help them discover their, or different, ways of dealing with things when they feel down and/or overwhelmed.
