On the 20th July 2013, I will be competing in Cleveland Double Steelman triathlon. An Ironman distance race consisting of a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike, and a full marathon of 26 miles. 

ABF The Soldiers’ Charity are for soldiers, providing financial assistance to all soldiers and their families when in need. The scope of their work is huge. Half of their money is given direct to individuals to help in areas such as debt relief, mobility assistance, education bursaries, carehome fees and respite breaks. The other half is given as grants.

I'm dedicating this race to a friend of mine who is not with us now, who inspired me to do triathlons and extreme events.
