Sophie wanted to explain why she is undertaking this challenge. She has written the following beautiful heartfelt message:
“I am doing this because my dad was important and I really miss him.
He wasn’t just any dad he was a super dad. And I was proud to have him a dad. My dad was cool. He would teach me loads of things and I would always listen.
I remember when we were at Tenerife and we stayed up late and saw amazing singers. We were so happy.
When we were in the garden he would try and chase me but I was always too fast for him. He will always be in my heart forever.
I can just remember staring at the stars with him.He would swing me in the air and always smile at me.
My dads spirit will always be close to me even if we go on holiday he will come with us.I love my super dad all the way to the moon and back.”
Please could you donate whatever you can to Brain Tumour Research. Brain Tumours are the largest killer of children and adults under 40. Only 1% of the overall cancer budget is assigned to Brain cancer.
We will post regular updates on the challenges being completed.
If you would like to join Sophie remotely during her challenges feel free to send us your photos or videos of you undertaking any of these challenges too.
We particularly look forward to seeing Daddy’s friends do 44 cartwheels 🤸♀️
