I have set up The Jason Webster Tribute Fund in honour of my beloved husband Jay who sadly passed away very suddenly from Dilated Cardiomyopathy last November. Dilated Cardiomyopathy is a disease of the heart muscle and unfortunatly we were completely unaware that Jay had this. 

Jay has always been the most amazing, genuine, kind hearted, funny man I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. A loving husband, Son, Brother, family member & friend to all. He is my best friend, my soul mate and my life and I miss him deeply as do all of our family & friends. 

I wanted something positive to come out of all of this, which is why I decided to set up the fund which will raise money for The Cardiomyopathy Association and hopefully help others suffering from the condition and stop other families going through what we have been through.

Jay always lived his life to the full, loved his family & friends to the ends of the earth and would help anyone in need. My hope is that raising funds for The Cardiomyopathy Association will help to create a lasting legacy to him and that we can be safe in the knowledge that we are doing something positive in his memory to help others affected.

The Cardiomyopathy Association (CMA) is a registered charity (No 803262) that provides information and support to families affected by the heart muscle disease cardiomyopathy.  Please help us raise lots of money to help the charity. Any donations made will go towards helping to provide support and information to families affected by cardiomyopathy.
