As you are all aware the BHF Warwick Castle Half Marathon was last Sunday 17 March.

I would like to thank all you fantastic people for helping me raise so much money in memory of Carol and for such a fantastic cause. I have been so humbled by the generosity of you and I know Carol would be so pleased too. The run itself was a challenge even after all the training and preparation done. I was fighting a cold and was lucky to almost have it beat by race day. I run the route in 1 hour 52 Minutes 18 seconds which I am very pleased with as I had a 2hour goal in mind.

I would also like to give special thanks to all my family and friends for their help and support
