Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
In January 2019 I began experiencing breathing problems including struggling to breathe on the factory floor. So I reported myself to the out of hours GP where I had a chest X RAY. In February my doctor contacted me over my X RAY to inform me that he thought I may have COPD but definitely had trapped airways and booked me for tests. On March 15th it was my Spirometer test, though inconclusive as struggled to blow into it, ruling out COPD and told it could be Asthma instead and put on Antihistamines for a month. When the Antihistamines made no difference to my symptoms I was given a reliever inhaler on April 5th 2019. During this time I developed a chronic cough from February 23rd from morning till night which is still ongoing. Coughing everyday. It has improved but still coughing everyday especially in cold air. Also found it hard to breathe in cold air, strong wind and rain and conditions which are dusty and smoky.
This was my journey to getting an inhaler and discovering I was asthmatic. Please support this worthy cause. My main goal is to raise awareness of lung conditions including Asthma and raise as much money as possible.
