Despite injury, anti-biotics, a dodgy hamstring and far too much cake we are running the LLHM for Thames Valley Air Ambulance to raise funds for this vital, local crucial service. One of us has managed to run lots this year, and one has managed to run fast this year but neither has combined the two elements important to run a decent half marathon so we're going out there to get it done with a smile!
