Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My name is Jason and I've set myself the challenge of walking the first 100 miles of the South West Coastal path solo at the end of June.

The South West Coast Path is the longest in Britain's National Trails, measuring a staggering 630 miles. It is not just a long walk, but an astounding and varied experience - and so it needs to be maintained. (It's estimated that the trail needs funding of £1400 per mile per year)

So, I figured that if I can give something back to the path and raise a bit of money while walking the path itself then that'll help ensure the path is there for everyone else to enjoy.

I've set the target at £250 as that would pay for an iconic Coast Path fingerpost to help other people navigate the trail.

Any help you can give would be much appreciated :)

About the charity
