As a father of three beautiful girls it is hard to imagine how to cope with a seriously ill child never mind one that is terminally ill. It is something I hope none of us ever have to deal with but that is not the reality for some. Having supported Julia's house in the past it is humbling to see the difference they make to children and families in these awful situations. Life is so precious and we would all do anything for our babies so giving to this cause helps others provide that care and quality to those that need it most.

On the 18th March I will be joining Eddie Howe and 6 other business leaders at AFCB to participate in a 2 hour Insanity HIIT work out.... lets just say this 'Its not called Insanity for nothing and is normally based on a 30 minute workout'. Ordinarily this workout would be for 30 minutes but we are going to be pushing ourselves to the limit for 2 hours! There will be a live Facebook stream so you can smile, laugh or just take the mick as we grimace and try to survive!
