I'm a regular supporter of the Royal British Legion. I've volunteered for the Poppy Appeal for the last six or seven years and in the 100th anniversary of the start of World War One I wanted to do something extra for this charity. On the 4th August 1914 Britain entered World War One and on 10th August 2014 I'm going to cycle 100 miles in the Ride London event. Please give what you can
