Story
Mental health affects all of us. This past year has been incredibly difficult for so many people, in so many ways. With the Covid 19 Pandemic, peoples mental health has really been challenged.
So many of my friends and family, including myself have been affected with mental health problems and it's something that really needs supporting and talking about.
The best thing I ever did to improve my mental health was exercise. Riding my bike clears my head, helps me focus and makes me feel so much better.
Thats why, on the 15th May 2021, I will set off from Land's End at the southern tip of Cornwall and cycle 1,050 miles to John O' Groats at the northern tip of Scotland. Completely solo and unsupported.
I'll be cycling 100 miles per day for 10 days, back to back. Just me, a bike and a tent.
I will be posting regular updates on social media so you can follow my progress and the ride itself will have a live track feature, so you can see where I am at any time!
If I can help others by raising money for Mind during what I'm sure will be an incredible journey, then thats what I'll do. Please give what you can and lets do what we can to help everyones mental health.
