LEICESTER TO SKEGNESS SPONSORED BIKE RIDE, SATURDAY JUNE 5TH 2010

This year we are supporting the leicester branch of the multiple sclerosis society with our contribution being used to finance two treatment rooms within their new centre.

2009`s ride raised £14,000 and we will need around £200(AVG) per cyclist to match this in 2010.

A BIT ABOUT ME: My name is jason brinkley and i love cycling so what a better way to use my efforts than to get a bit of sponsorship up and running.The challenge is to cycle from leicester clocktower(well my front door) to skegness that infamous holiday hotspot of the east midlands which i spent many a happy holiday on the beach in the 1970`s.I`ve decided to really throw the boot in once i get there and cycle back  (once ive had a slice of cake and a coffee stop) which takes the miles upto around 170 ish for the ride.Cool...maybe,madness....for sure! Still you most possibly know me and know that if i say im gonna do something then i will  DO IT!.(i just hope its not raining hard and heavy winds but i guess it will be on the day).
