We fund research and raise awareness to save men's lives from male cancer

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

A couple of years ago I promised myself that I would do something to raise money and awareness for testicular cancer. Having had a lucky escape (touch wood) from this desease myself, I felt that I really should help others to escape too. What better way than to raise money for a charity that specialises in research of this and other male cancers.

A few conversations later, Hooperman, Gawaine and I are signed up to the Deloitte Ride Across Britain (www.rideacrossbritain.com) in the middle of June. This is John O'Groat to Land's End in 9 days (110 miles a day!).

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.

PS. Those of you that know me well and don't know that I've had this desease - sorry. I never did find it particularly easy to bring it up in conversation. It's now over 5yrs ago and I've had the all clear (touching wood again!).
