Greetings Friends and Family

We are running in this years Royal Parks London Half Marathon on October 11th to support a most excellent cause.

Help For Heroes supports our armed service men and women who return home with horrendous physical injuries and mental scars. Whether it is is more equipment and facilities at Headley Court or Selly Oak hospital or in many other ways, this charity puts to work the contributions it recieves in a very effective and much needed way.

I do hope you will all contribute to support HFH. We will be most grateful on their behalf.
