(racehorse trainer), to ride in the race to reward their hard work and dedication.
Riding in a race is anambition of most people who work in racing and the emotions of riders and their friends and family supporting them on the day run high as they realise their
dream. - Racing Welfare is the charity that provides
guidance and support to everyone who works in the racing industry and their
families, throughout their career – from recruitment and retirement. Racing would not happen without the hard work
