Help shine a spotlight on the importance of children and young people's mental health this #ChildrensMentalHealthWeek

Story

Jasmine will be walking 15 miles throughout Children Mental Health Week highlighting the important effects of exercise on our mental health.

That’s more than 2 miles a day (come rain or snow) - no mean feat for little 5 year old legs! Can you help her reach her £10 per mile target?

She will also be supporting their Dress to Express campaign and on the 1st of February urges you all to join her dressing as crazy and as colourful as you can, be it for school, work, Zoom or even just to sit at home. Please send/tag us in your pictures - we can’t wait to see how you all express yourselves!

And don’t forget to donate £2 for Place2Be to help them continue their life changing work.

This Children's Mental Health Week, I'm shining a spotlight on the importance of children and young peoples mental health and fundraising to help more children and young people get the emotional support they need.We know that many children and young people's mental health has been affected over the past year. According to one survey, 83% of young people with mental health conditions found that these worsened during the COVID-19 pandemic - meaning Place2Be's work has never been more needed.Let's come together and work towards a future where no child has to face mental health problems alone.
