Both my Dad & Grandad have suffered heart attacks and now both live with forms of heart disease, this is an all too common story affecting families all over the UK (around 7.5million) and many have not been as lucky as my family. I have therefore signed up to do a continuous day & night 100km (62mile) walk in under 35 hours on the 7th September in aid of The British Heart Foundation and would greatly appreciate any donations! The walk is called the Thames Path Challenge & starts at Putney, ends at Henley on Thames. It's my mission to raise around £300 by the end of July and the remaining £300 (£600 total) by mid September, though of course I'd love to be able to raise more!
