On October 5th I will be taking part in the 2013 Bournemouth Marathon Festival Speed of Light 5k in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support. \'Macmillan provides practical, medical and financial support and push for better cancer care\' and is a charity very close to my heart, any donation however small it is will be truly greatly appreciated :)

I aim to complete the run in 25 minutes- so will need to get out the running shoes and start training!! Thank you :)
