Over the next 10 months I will be training myself to complete the UK 70.3 Ironman at Wimbleball, Exmoor, rated as the hardest 70.3 Ironman in the world.

Hopefully the money I raise for cancer research by putting myself through this pain and suffering means that one day a lot of other people may not have to suffer.
