Please spare a thought for Chase-hospice, Guilford.  Punam,  myself Jas were touched by it and thought we will try and do our bit for Chase.

We are doing a charity walk on 22nd May midnight for:

CHASE HOSPICE, GUILFORD

Across South West London, Surrey and Sussex, CHASE supports families with children and teenagers not expected to reach their 19th birthday.

Chase offer nursing, practical and emotional support to help them make the very best of their time together, however long that might be.

The life-limited young people who CHASE supports suffer from a wide variety of conditions that are sometimes genetic, sometimes sudden, and often progressively degenerative.

CHASE offers specialist paediatric palliative care, including planned and emergency short breaks and holistic support, which helps strengthen families and allows them to give their children the best time for living, however long that might be.

Referrals

If a child or teenager in your family has a life-limiting or serious life-threatening condition, CHASE is here to support you however we may be needed.

CHASE care and support is available at no cost and regardless of social, cultural and religious backgrounds
