Hi all, 

So big challenge ahead. In August 2020 I'll be riding the 100 mile Ride London for Bowel Cancer UK. 

Looks like quite the ride! Over the next few months I'm planning longer rides and hills to get ready. 

I'll also be looking at some delightful screenings of violent 1970s Italian Poliziotteschi and some great boardgame evenings. Watch this space! 

I'm raising funds for Bowel Cancer UK. They are the UK’s leading bowel cancer charity. They fund targeted research, provide expert information and support to patients and their families, educate the public and professionals about the disease and campaign for early diagnosis and access to best treatment and care. 

They are here to stop people dying of bowel cancer.
