I am truly grateful for the past 8 years that Jared’s Heroes has been able to raise over $19,000 for Easterseals MA and to ensure all individuals have equal opportunities for every aspect of their lives. On May 20th, we will be participating in Easterseals’ Move with Me event. I am very excited to say that Easterseals will be hosting it at their new location, The Bridge Center in Bridgewater, MA.  I hope you are able to continue to contribute to our ongoing fundraising efforts. My support for Easterseals MA mission not only comes from my fundraising, but I am very proud to say that I have worked for this amazing organization for over 20 years as a Physical Therapist. I get the privilege to see first-hand all the amazing things this organization and my coworkers do for our community.

This year is one of the most exciting years for Easterseals MA. After lots of hard work, they have officially opened our new location, The Bridge Center. This property is truly amazing! The Bridge Center will provide so many opportunities to expand services which will include recreation activities including horsemanship and adaptive horseback riding!  In addition, other programs continue to thrive at Easterseals MA! They have also expanded their AT services, College Navigator Program, and the #TeachDisabilityHistory campaign continues to grow even getting support from the National History Museum. These programs are across the entire state of Massachusetts and have been recognized countless times for the exceptional impact they have on members in our community with disabilities.

These are just a few examples of how Easterseals MA was able to
help people Live, Learn, Work & Play over this past year. I honestly could tell you so much more and have this letter go on for 2-3 pages, but I will spare you from that, lol. I encourage you to go on the website and check out all of the news and updates.          www.easterseals.com/ma/.

The impact Easterseals MA has on an individual’s life through these services is really priceless! Your donations continue to be vital for the growing services provided to fill gaps for people in our community with disabilities. Services continue to expand and reach more & more people every year in our communities. But they cannot do this without you!

This will be my 18th walk as a participant. However, 8 years ago I decided to create my own team in honor of my brother Jared who passed away 14 years ago.  I feel he would be so proud to support this amazing organization if he were still with us. I cannot think of a better way to honor my brother than to raise money for a mission that is so near & dear to my heart. 

I truly appreciate any amount that you can give! Multiple $5-$10 add up to alot!
