Thanks for visiting my page. Sorry its a little bare however over the next few weeks I hope to make it a little more interesting.

Just as I have, many of you have had family and friends affected by cancer, having the opportunity to take part in the 3 peaks challenge with my work colleagues seemed like a great way to help.

A bit about Cancer Research:

Over the years Cancer Research has saved millions of lives by discovering new ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer. As an organisation they receive no government funding and rely entirely on the commitment and generosity of their supporters. Without these donations they wouldn’t be able to carry out life saving research which has already saved millions of lives across the world. The work they are undertaking has contributed enormously to the knowledge we now have about this illness with death rates from cancer having fallen by nearly 20% since 1995 and survival has doubled over the past 40 yrs.
