Esperanza Health Centers provides high quality, affordable care to all no matter income, insurance, or immigration status. Join me as I train and fundraise for the 2022 Chicago Marathon and bring hope to those who rely on our services.
The money I raise for Esperanza Health Centers is enough funds to provide complete medical care to seven (7) uninsured patients, which includes laboratory services. What will your donation cover?
- A $15 donation will cover 8 pregnancy tests.
- A $30 donation will cover glucometer for diabetic patiences.
- A $100 donation will cover a mammogram.
- A $150 donation will cover a mental health appointment.
- A $200 donation will cover a primary care appointment, including labs.
