Story

I'm dooking in the north sea in my swimsuit every single day in January come rain, hail, snow or shine to raise money for Scotland's mental health services. I'm doing it with my two friends Makiko and Adrienne. (Scroll down for daily photos and updates)

We wanted to show our support for the brilliant charity SAMH who provides help to adults and young people by offering a range of services, resources and information to support and protect their mental health and wellbeing. The dark winter months can be a struggle for many and can be especially challenging for those with mental health issues. Add the current lockdown and it's a tough time so we thought what better way to show our support than getting out there and looking in the north sea in the middle of winter!

I'll be posting photos and updates here and on Instagram  @emilydaisygibb so please follow my progress.

A very, very big thank you for your donations and helping to make a difference.

.o £150 could help the SAMH Information Service provide phone and email support for people seeking support with their mental health. o £200 could fund our work in preventing suicide by delivering intervention training, vital research and creating information.o £250 could provide one-to-one support for children and young people who have been rejected from Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services.Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
