Story
I'm dooking in the north sea in my swimsuit every single day in January come rain, hail, snow or shine to raise money for Scotland's mental health services. I'm doing it with my two friends Makiko and Adrienne. (Scroll down for daily photos and updates)
We wanted to show our support for the brilliant charity SAMH who provides help to adults and young people by offering a range of services, resources and information to support and protect their mental health and wellbeing. The dark winter months can be a struggle for many and can be especially challenging for those with mental health issues. Add the current lockdown and it's a tough time so we thought what better way to show our support than getting out there and looking in the north sea in the middle of winter!
I'll be posting photos and updates here and on Instagram @emilydaisygibb so please follow my progress.
A very, very big thank you for your donations and helping to make a difference.
