Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

On 31st August 2008, in Salisbury, I will be throwing myself out of an aeroplane at 10,000ft to undertake an Accelerated Freefall Skydive. This is the first time I have done this and have chosen the hardest challenge as a novice Skydiver. I will not have an instructor with me when I jump; that's for fairies! I will be totally alone after 1 day training.

The reason for me doing this is because a very close family member has just been diagnosed with Breast Cancer. I felt totally helpless at first and wanted to do something to help.

Currently 1 in 9 women will be diagnosed with Breast Cancer which is astounding! So, I decided to raise money so that we can find a cure for this together with better treatments for all women!

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Breast Cancer Care gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

I need to raise a minimum of £600 before End of August so pass the message around all your friends/family and pledge as little or as much as you can. I want to raise as much as possible to help Breast Cancer Care.

So please sponsor me now! Thanks for all your help!!

Yes Mum, I will have a Parachute!
