hiya, janine here.  over 4 years ago my dad was diagnosed with prostate cancer.  he was diagnosed late and the cancer had leaked outside the prostate gland and into the surrounding areas including bones.  my dad took the diagnosis and fought all the way.  he received treatment and has kept a fantastic spirit throughout.  he is currently doing really well and doing us all proud.

 

this is my 3rd great north run to raise money for the charity and it's all done with my dad in mind.
