Story

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.

Donating through just giving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: The British Heart Foundation gets your money faster and, if you’re ataxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

As some of you may know I have now ran five half marathons and thought it was about time I did the whole hog and ran a marathon for a charity that is close my own heart. The British Heart Foundation research’s into causes of heart disease and improvements into safer drugs for heart patients. It helps with vital prevention towards heart disease and supply's quality care and support for everyone living with the disease. Sadly my own father was only 48 years old when he died from a heart attack and therefore I want to be able to do everything I can to support others with heart disease. I have set myself a target of raising £3,000 for the charity.

Please help sponsor me for such a worthy cause. I promise I will get round the 26 miles one way or another!

Thank you so much for all your help & support,

Jane.
