We set ourselves a challenge earlier in the year to hike 100km in 3 days, through Snowdonia. Scott's pb is 12km in one day so this will be a big ask. And we both need to get fit for our trekking holiday later this year.

Autism deserves to have more awareness since it affects lots of people, including one little girl very close to our heart xoxo

About our chosen charity? 

Helping individuals with autism and their families get the help they need. The Autism Directory provides an online UK directory signposting to resources & support available for individuals and families living with autism. They provide a Help Line and support with Benefits, PIP, Education, Diagnosis & more. They run Employment Programs helping adults with autism into work (over 65% of their own staff are on the spectrum) and provide training courses for organisations to understand autism. They also run Live Autism Shows annually in Wales.
