On 10th May I am doing a 5k run in Regent's Park. For many of you this may sound like a 'walk in the park'. But for me, who has never even ran for a bus, it is far more challenging that last year's fire walk! 

Once again. I am doing this in aid of the Jennifer Trust for Spinal Muscular Atrophy, in memory of our beautiful daughter, Amy, who died of this dreadful condition when she was 16 months old.
