Going to camp each summer as a kid was something I looked forward to and planned for the whole year.  My best friend and I would plan our outfits, practice camp songs, address and stamp envelopes to those who we were going to write home about and as we got older, we had dreams of working at camp and sending our own kids to camp and now, my kids have been working at camp--a dream come true!

Camp gives every kid a safe place to belong  and I am fortunate to see that every year as youth come back calling Camp Namanu their "second home". We love being a part of campers lives as they finding their best friends, learn new skills, gain confidence and get to be a kid in a place they love and cherish!

 Join me, Camp Fire Columbia and Camp Namanu as we give the gift of camp and help youth find their Spark, lift their voice, and discover who they are.
