In May I am travelling with Mike, North of the Border to Cumnock in Scotland, where we will  join members of the Cumnock Osteoporosis Support Group on their Big Bone Walk along the River Ayr Way.

We plan to take part on the first leg of the 44 mile walk from Glenbuck to Sorn.  We travel down the old railway track to thevillage ofMuirkirk passing many places of interest , through a lovely wooded area and after being supplied with copious hot drinks and snacks and head off towards Sorn ( a distance of about 11 miles)!
