Story
For those of you who remember, last year Hannah and I took part in the Portsmouth Race for Life in memory of my dad who died of cancer. Dad expressed concern about my increasing weight as any loving father would. So last year I took a pledge to him to shift the excess weight and get a bit fitter. One year on and I have lost 3 stone and am feeling so much better for it. I aim to walk at least 10,000 steps a day and get to the gym at least twice a week now. With my daily commute to London for work that is not always easy.
This year Hannah and I are doing it all again. I know times are tight for everyone but if you could spare a few quid for this worthy cause I will be most grateful.
Thanks for reading and for your support.
