When I saw this challenge on World Vision's website, I knew I had to join in. Dan's the runner in this family not me but he's always trying to get me to go along to a parkrun with him. I'm feeling all inspired to run after seeing him and many other parkrunners complete the Great Manchester Run this weekend. I've never really done any running before so 5k will be hard work. I'm going to attempt to do 24 parkruns over the next year - two a month.

World Vision is a charity that means a lot to me. I sponsor a little girl called Princess through them and through her letters I'm seeing just how much difference they are making to children all over the world.
