My running club, Bromley Veterans Athletics Club, is supporting Dame Kelly Holmes Trust this year, and I feel very lucky and proud to have been given the opportunity to run my first ever marathon. I'm very excited, but at the same time, scared stiff! 

My training is going well and although I won't be one of the fastest, I aim to be one of the finishers.
