Story
As some of you know post my stroke I have put on (within a pound or two) the weight I lost in 2016. I have now joined a group called TSD where they help with fitness, food and mind set to get to sustainable weight loss. I am challenging myself to meet a whole load of new people and to attempt 15 km of obstacles!!!!!! If I’m honest you could save money by sponsoring me per obstacle as I may only manage 2 ( but it would be two more than not doing it!!!) or you could make a donation to a great charity and for bowel cancer which my dad passed away with last year.
