Dad was diagnosed with bowel cancer in January 2015 and is receiving treatment at Southend Hospital. I am joining the Southend Race for Life to spur him on in his fight. 

I have a lot of running planned for this year but this one will be extra special.  I have chosen to run in Southend  rather than a "home" event for me so as to be near Mum and Dad and show them the support I can.
