Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am taking part in Rat Race The Crossing which is a 3 day off road bike ride across England from Whitehaven, Cumbria to Scarborough, Yorkshire passing through, the Lake District, the Yorkshire Dales and the North York Moors, nearly 200 miles of riding and 2 nights of camping.

So although the main event is The Crossing I have a busy time in the run up to it and after, all aimed at a bit of fun and training for the endurance by doing the following:-

  • MTB Mud, Sweat and Gears Round 4 Hadleigh Park - Sun 10 May - Done
  • MTB Essex Summer Evening Series (ESES) Round 1 - Tues 26 May - withdrew ill
  • MTB ESES Round 2 - Tues 2 June - Done
  • MTB Mud, Sweat and Gears Round 5 Thetford Forest - Sun 7 June - Done
  • MTB ESES Round 3 - Tues 9 June - Done
  • MTB ESES Round 4 - Tues 16 June - Didn't race BC Comms duties
