Mia and I are running 5K around the Tower of London on Wednesday 8th May.  We will be remembering our friend, David Oates, who sadly died very suddenly from a heart condition earlier this year.

It will be the first time I have run 5K since my treatment and your sponsorship will definitely spur us on.
