Bex decided that she would like to do something sporty for her birthday on 30th September....so I entered us into the Mencap Mile Swim at Eton Dorney!!

As we have a 15K rowing race in Angers, France on 13th October, I figured it would be good for our fitness training, whilst raising money for Charity. Bex was also heard to say once that she would like to be on the water at Dorney, alas I think she might have meant rowing....oh well!
