As many of you know it's been a hard year for our family  as we have been affected by this horrible disease. I lost my auntie this year. Rip auntie jean. Dougie dad is in a care home and settled this has been so hard for us to accept. 

Then in October my own dad was diagnosed with vascular dementia. This has been hard for us to watch my dad go down hill as fast. For everyone that know my dads will know how active he once was, so to see him shuffling around is hard.
