Having recently been diagnosed with cancer, I can fully empathise with those who are suffering this mental and physical trauma.   There are so many worthwhile and needy cancer charities that have been hit financially by the pandemic.   However, the one charity that always pulls a string in my heart and brings a tear to my eye is Fatboys Children's Cancer.  A locally based charity run entirely by volunteers.  100% of money donated goes for the purpose it was intended.   The children who benefit from the charity are living the cancer nightmare and are a true inspiration to us all, as are their parents/carers.   I am therefore asking for donations to this Just Giving page for my 70th birthday.   I do hope you will feel able to contribute and also please share my post.   Thank you for spending your time reading this.
